Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
I'm not quite sure how to deal with the stress. I know you drink coffee. For me, it boosts the mood. But later, I feel more stress (anxious) than usual.
I was thinking today that if I could just turn off my stress and anxiety for ONE day, how would my body feel. How many aches would I get and how severe would they be? Interesting question.
Oddly enough, my nausea hasn't been too bad lately. But I trade it for aches, unlike you. How many hours a day would you say you get it on average?
I'm sorry to hear about your situation. This is one good article that I think may help.

So sorry to hear about your stress. I too am suffering from stress at the moment. My son's dog had to have its leg amputated in June of this year, he was doing so well and now it seems he is going down hill. i know its nothing like your situation but he is a member of our family. I had started feeling better, no nausea and eating well, now since yesterday i feel sick and couldn't sleep last night. That coupled with stress at work doesn't make for feeling any better.
Take care and hope you feel better soon.
duniawayang, thanks. WIll take a look at the link.
terri, I grew up with dogs so do understand as they become one of the family. Am sorry and hope things turn around for him.
