They say stress effects our gastritis and I've had a case where I can see it's true. My work has been really stressful, and unless I quit (which is not really what I want), this will continue and even get worse. I lost my mom less than a year ago, so am dealing with horrible upset. And I have two young kids that have busy lives where I'm running from one activity to the next. Stress is just a part of life. This weekend was a ceremony for my mom's passing (stone put up) and I'm feeling physically awful...soo nauseous. And of course, with all of this, my diet isn't the best. So being realistic, how can we just avoid / ignore the stress? I don't see things getting any better between work, family and just dealing with loss, etc.
