Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
Best of luck, Breathe deep and just try to relax. It will help, I promise.
I had that in the early stages when my anxiety levels were through the roof. Now that has subsided. Breathe as raven said and do your best to be relaxed while eating. Believe me I know this is easier said than done. Many times I ate through tears in those first horrid months but I'd listen to my relaxation cd with every meal and it nursed me over the line. Hang in there it will get better and easier to manage.
Hope you are feeling better :-)

Try broccoli, greenbean, asparagus soup for your dinner for few days. oatmeal for breakfast and green smoothies for lunch. Nothing more, nothing less. It would definitely help.
