Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
I think its called natures force ginger capsules. I really only take them if nausea is a little more than I can handle on my own :) . I do not think I have heard of yours here in my country though. I took the natural route but it was a personal choice as the ppi didnt relieve my symptoms as the doctors claimed it would do. My homeopath on the other hand helped me a tremendous amount with info and advice on top of my natural meds.
Hi Lu , I think I mentioned before I am a bit of a ninny when it comes to pain and feeling ill. So obviously I would do anything to avoid the pain etc... thats why the diet was not such a big issue , and I stuck to it like freaking glue :). I am so sorry about your nausea , I absolutely hate being nauseas so know what you feel like. Lu how long you say you have gastritis? and how does the slippery elm work for you? we dont get coconut water here. If I want some I would have to import it... wouldve like to try that when I felt so yucky.
No my main symptom was feeling general not well coupled with nausea and then pain. We do have health stores here but the coconut water seems to be somewhat exotic. We get coconut milk though. Well if your ppi's are working stick to it. there so much else going on with this , no need to worry about something that does work :) . I forgot to add I also take a probiotic now and multivitamin. Keep the faith Lu promise you will get more and more better days. I also hate being nauseas... and I rarely have it these days
