Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
Aloe juice and gel can be laxative, though, so just a warning on that.

How's flaxseed drink working for you? Is on cup enough for you to take through the whole day? How long have you been drinking it? I've read if you drink it for more then couple of weeks it can loose it's effectiveness. So better to drink it for a week or two and then stop for a couple of weeks. I've been boiling whole flaxseed and drinking that stuff, it helps tremendously but I've been drinking about 4 cups a day.
