Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.

However, I think I also am helped by easily digested foods, such as cottage cheese and plain yogurt (I sometimes put just a dab of flavored yogurt into my plain yogurt).
I still try to take acidophilus every day, but may be something to check out with your doctor.
Hope things are going okay!
I haven't altered my diet at all. Same easily digestible foods I've been safely and comfortably eating for years. I struggle now with most proteins. I'm seeing my naturopath today. I'll try the enzymes and if they don't work it will be back to the specialist for me.
Cheers
