Gastritis Support Group
Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
Raw potato juice is recommended too.
But i read many studies, that it's good for gastritis.
Unfortunately I never could sustain a month on it. Even diluted with water, freshly-squeezed cabbage juice seems to be a stomach irritant and is kind of disgusting.
If you make your own fresh cabbage juice, it is really cheap.
Anyone has tried raw potato juice?
I took it for several weeks at least. First thing in the morning. It did very little. Certainly did not cure anything.
