Gastritis is a medical term for inflammation of the lining of the stomach. It means that white blood cells move into the wall of the stomach as a response to some type of injury. Gastritis has many underlying causes, from infection with the bacterium H. pylori, bile reflux, or excessive consumption of alcohol or certain foods or drugs like aspirin.
Hi everyone,
I hope you've all been in better health over the last two weeks. My cruise went well and I had no problem with my gastritis at all. I was actually able to relax and enjoy the trip. I love cruising and will go again somewhere next year.
Did come home a bit snuffly from the air con and am fighting to keep that off my chest.
Will try and catch up with the threads.

I'll be putting my travel diary together over the next few weeks and will relive those great days of laughter and relaxation. My mum and I laughed till we cried so many times. Love her to bits!
