I used to take a vitamin D tablet daily, then blood tests showed I had a very high vitamin D level--in fact, the doctor said he never saw such a high level!
Though he didn't specically tell me to cut back, it sort of scared me, so now I only take vitamin D occasionally--sometimes weeks apart. I would guess high levels could be toxic, but I honestly don't know for sure.

No but ask to find out which brand they suggest. The vitamins make a big difference in your healing process honestly. You need them. It can increase nausea in some people, but it didn't effect me at all. And if nausea is an issue, that is correctable as well. The main thing is that you need vitamin D to get your body back on track. Without it, things will just get worse emotionally and physically. Also be cautious with the liquid vitamins in general. They technically may be easier to absorb, but if they don't dilute in water, you won't digest them. Just a heads up in case....
