I've been having a lot of stomach problems: fullness after eating a small meal, bloating and extreme tightness of stomach, burning, sharp pain, fatigue, nasty taste in mouth, gurgling sounds, etc. When I went to my Primary Care Physician, the first thing he mentioned was stomach cancer. I've supposedly had an hiatal hernia for years now, only to be told by the same PCP that based on the endoscopy tests I've had done, there is no evidence of an hiatal hernia--and that I have GERD. I'm just wondering what were your initial symptoms and did your PCP suspect stomach cancer? Thank you for any information you can share.
