Happy Super Bowl Sunday everyone!!
If you are a game day partaker, I hope you have a good plan for eats...

I have class till an hour before game time. but am excited I will be home in time to watch! (homework be damned! LOL!)

We are having tacos for dinner, so I am covered there :)

Oh, and Seahawks are going to kick Denver's butt by the way! Ha ha! :)

I say go commercials. I don't follow football but I love the half time show and commercials. btw, awesome singing of our National Anthem.

love the commercials...I had my super bowl dinner...Zucchini chips baked, with Panko bread crumb topping, and onion casserole, with low fat ingredients, and a few bites of steak. I"M STUFFED!

I can't believe you have Sunday class either! As far as food goes, I made:

Boiled Shrimp
Mini quiches with ham, cheddar and sauteed onions
Imitation crab salad made with a little olive oil mayo and greek yogurt
Oven baked hot wings (Bobby Deen recipe - GREAT)
Jalapeno pepper stuffed with cream cheese and greek yogurt then wrapped with marinated venison and wrapped in bacon then baked

It was all great and high in protein. My husband even enjoyed it all and has said I can make all of it again!! Good night with good eats.

I think the teams reversed roles. The Seahawks did not play well in the last game but they did tonight! Congrats to all you who were for them!

Well my team didn't win but I DID!! I won 100.00 in our super bowl pool with 3 and 8!!!

I tuned in at half time. Denver stunk! They played like Dallas!

I had no stake in the gmae just curious. My sis lives in Denver and she was rooting for the Seahawks! LOL!
KC or St Louis are closer to home for me.
We had gas station pizza. Only thing in town! Really! The gas station is the town! LOL!

The only good thing about last nights game was the Broncos now lead my Bills in Super Bowl losses :)
