I have days where I feel like I eat more than others without feeling full, then I have days where I eat just a little bit and I feel over stuffed and uncomfortable.
But, I will say this. I followed my doctors orders to the T. And to this day my sweets are very, very limited and high fatty foods are limited. I see Gastric Bypass as a tool. We've got to help our bodies fight it.
This surgery is a tool. We've got to fight those cravings to stay healthy and not put the weight back on.
There are days that I can eat a little more than others and there are days I wonder if I've eaten enough. But one things for sure, I don't force feed myself. I really try to each high protein foods to keep me full longer.
