But as for the joints, i remember major aches and pains. I remember thinking, how is it that skinny people hurt so bad and never complain! but then someone told me that as we lose so quickly our body is trying to readjust our joints and that it does hurt.
I can say now that 2yrs out the only pain i have all the time is in my tailbone.
