This week I went below my original goal and I am truly rejoicing!!!!! I aim to go 5 lbs more, but I a thrilled with what has been going on in my life since gbs. I was very appreciative of Eggface's comment one time about things not changing much once we reach goal, but that we keep doing what we've been doing to maintain. I would appreciate comments from long-termers who have learned how to do this. All advise is most welcome, but I must admit, I don't mind eating the way I am now eating and sure don't care to awaken any of the old cravings or habits! Woo Hoo!!!!!
