Willpower

This week has been a real test of my willpower. I've been in training classes for a new job (same company). The facilitator does a 'great' job of keeping dishes of candy bars and pretzels full for all of the students. I keep relocating the dishes by my computer as soon as I go in every morning, but they grow legs and walk back overnight.

It's so strange to watch all the others eat chocolate and carbs all day long and then watch them fight to stay awake.

I'm so proud of myself -- not a morsel of that crap has crossed my lips!!

That is wonderful! You are training yourself for after the surgery when you may want/crave/see something that tasts good but you know it is not good for you. Keep up the good work.

That is wonderful. I was sitting here feeling horrible about myself for stopping this afternoon and ate french fries. I feel so guilty. I was so hungry and not close to home and really not close to anything. Just excuses. I should have waited. Struggles. You did great be proud.:)

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
