Thank you again for posting another great video. These have been exactly what I needed to hear today. Last night I was faced with the first of what I'm sure will be many emotionally related food cravings. I could literally hear the whining child in my head crying out "But I really really really WANT it!" I unfortunately gave in to the tantrum last night and have been kicking myself a bit for it today. I struggle with vulnerability SO MUCH! I have taught myself that being vulnerable is not acceptable. Independance and strength are everything. I actually started tearing up when she was talking about letting people see you deeply.....I don't know if I even know how to do that without crying all the time. But I can also tell that I do not connect to people like I see others connect and I know that it is because I keep myself so removed.
Becca - today you were my angel for bringing me these messages that I wouldn't have heard otherwise and which I SO need to hear in order to heal myself emotionally as I take this journey. I don't know you - but I love you.
