It's the foamies. I've gotten it a few times and almost always when I eat to fast. It can also happen if there is something that gets stuck. It's ok just slow down and it shouldn't happen to often.

The first time I threw up it was the white foamies as well. Not sure exactly what triggered it, but I'm pretty sure it was eating too fast like Marie mentioned above.

Yes it is Foamies... I am 7 weeks post op and still get it. It is not always if you eat too fast.. Sometimes it is what you eat.

It most likely is the foamies. I would encourage you to speak with your doctor about it just to be on the safe side and to give you peace of mind!

Many times this happens when you eat to fast or the food is to dry. Try using some ff gravy with you meat, it helps. Start paying attention to what you are eating when it happens.

When we eat too fast and/or too much, our mouths produce copious amounts of saliva and it ends up on top of the food. Just like drinking water too soon after eating, it can cause problems and sometimes comes back up.
Slow down, put a minute or two between bites, chew thoroughly, and watch portion sizes.
I also have to try and keep on a meal schedule because I eat way too fast when I'm starving to death.
