Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. I will be praying for the scale to move.. Hugs
I'll eat 500-550 for a day or two then up the calorie intake to 800 for a few days, then drop back down to 500-550 again. It keeps your metabolism guessing and not in a slump.
So many of us eat the same thing day after day and don't realize it. If we mix things up, it really does help.
Good luck sweetie. HUGSSSSSS

I recently asked my doctor what my goal is, and I was told that it's wherever i want to be, and they suggested a BMI/weight for me for a healthy look. But it's up to me.
If you still want to keep loosing then I also recommend journaling. Find out where extra calories, carbs or fats may be coming in. Changing your foods may also help.

Keep doing what you know works for you. You might have to make a few tweaks, just to keep things interesting, but you GOT this!

If it were me I would be logging everything I eat and drink with the calorie count, even just one bite. That will let you know if you are taking in too many calories to loose weight.
