It is called "Choffeey' or another brand is "Crio Bru". Both are brewed cocoa. You can find it in health food stores or online. You have to grind it a little and brew it in a french press for 12 minutes. It is not sweet at all so I add some splenda but my son likes it plain. It is like hot chocolate without the syrupy sweet taste or milky taste. It is super high in antioxidants and doesn't make you jittery like coffee. It is also supposed to have other health benefits, but I just love the taste (I have also mixed my protein powder into it).
Otherwise, I just eat regular chocolate. Not a lot. Just a couple pieces.
Personally, I do a real piece of (no additivies) or pure dark chocolate... But ALL sugar alcohols make me dump

Thanks for all of the great suggestions everyone! Y'all are so helpful and supportive and I love that!
I haven't tried it in a while, but early on the sugar free pudding was way to sweet for me, and I was bummed, because I used to love it.
I also like these squares. E. Guittard 61% Semisweet Chocolate Wafers - 16oz
Just be careful, I don't LOVE chocolate but if I was talking about baked Cheetos I'd have to confess and say I can't keep it in the house.
