Good article Becca, for me it is a second surgery because I had a slleve 4 year's ago and I can say that eating more snacks was the problem that put me to be more and more hungry, to eat more often and to regain weight.

becca i so wish I had been on with you post op. I had the I know it alls and it wont happen to me's lol. Although I knew it was work I had no clue it was going to be this hard or that I would get the rude awakening of being one of the average people who get complications......how rude! lol

I always want to print these articles and shove them in the face of the next person to tell me its the easy way or they are doing it so they can eat what they want or its ok cause after surgery ill just throw up if i eat wrong................grrr sorry im always on a tangent when I respond. I need a life lol
