I've been reading your comments on plateaus and weight gain and just wondering when something would hit me. I am 6 months out and have stayed on the protein and some veggies (phase 4), my decision until I get to goal which last week was 9 lbs away. I had lost 71 lbs as of last week. The only change that I could see was that I may not have gotten as much protein in and my water intake was sometimes 69 ounces instead of my usual 72 or more. I exercise 4-6 days a week at a fitness ctr. Sure is a slap in the face, but I don't think I've done anything particularly wrong. I don't snack or eat inbetween meals. Just wanted to vent.

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
