Congrats Marty! You're doing good work. You keep us laughing too!
stay safe everyone
.9kg lost that's 2lbs. can't say I am happy at all, but can't do anything about it. weekends seem to be my curse, I eat more through boredom I think and being around food, at work I pack my lunch and it isn't a problem, church will be an issue for me today having lunch after and we will be having pot luck (translated for you citizens of the USA) but main dish will be butter chicken as our Pastors and many in congregation are Indian. I am just worried about old habits.
anyway in other news or should i say NSV my stomach is 10cms or 4 inches smaller and my chest the same.
Have a great Easter Sunday everyone and remember Jesus loves you all, that's what Good Friday was all about and today is about His victory over death
Blessings
Marty
Well it is that time again ladies and Gentlemen.
Sundays comes around so quickly and so do my weekly updates, so here is this weeks figures.
I am now 103kgs that's 226.6lbs
this weeks loss 1.8kgs that's 4lbs
total loss 16.4kgs that's 36lbs
Total since surgery 8 weeks ago 14.2kgs that's 31lbs
so sometimes I feel that I am not getting there, but every little step each week adds up and looking at those figures I have to be happy although it does sound better if I use the U.S of A method of calculations, lol
100kgs is a major milestone so that will be goods to reach, this coming Saturday I am off to a party of an old work colleague and many from my old work will be there, so it will be interesting to see what people say.
anyway have a great week everyone
