Today my goal was to get in two, 25 min walks...
What I got in was an hour walk this am, and a good 30 min walk (could have been longer) this evening with my hubby at the park!
The hr walk is the longest I've done since over a year ago! Feeling pretty good about that!
Who's next to report Wednesday exercise???
Also, if any of you get here to DS and want to report the days exercise, PLEASE feel free to start the days thread! Of course reporting on the days before is always fine too! :)

Don't know about all of you, but this accountability thing is great! :)
I am guessing I will get hit up again tomorrow and Friday, and then Saturday morning, I have 3 hr between my normal shift and an OT shift, so I think I am going to ride my bike home, 12.45 miles, shower and head back to work. That should keep me from getting sleepy in that off time and help me stay alert for most of the shift. That will give me almost 30 miles for my first week back on the bike.
This morning, I wanted to get up and walk before work since the kids are off and I had more time. Didn't do it though. Didn't sleep well so reset the alarm when it went off. I think today will be an off day for me. That's OK though, I think that was in my original plan.
