I have to drink 64 fl.oz a day. But I think you are making the same mistake `I was and that was not including my protein shakes and broth as my liquids. (hello there liquids) I could have slapped myself. Our doctor has a support group and I called the support leader and my doctor and they said shakes and any other type of liquids were included in my 64 oz. Let me tell you I was glad. It felt like I was drowning myself. Call your doctor and make sure your doctor includes them...Hope this helps
I know what you mean about things tasting so sweet. My doctor had me diluting everything like Crystal light doubly. So I'd take one package of the "On the go" and mix it in 2 bottles. It really does help. Since then I have become addicted to the Lipton White Tea Raspberry and the Citrus Green and Mixed Berry Teas.. all of them diet of course. I just love them.
