Hi. I am looking to connect with people that have had the gastric bypass surgery and lost the weight, but have regained some or most of it back. I know I am not the only one. I want to talk to people about their personal experiences and difficulties and shame/or guilt or failure that they may be feeling. I know most people on here are newbies and its exciting, but I need to talk to people that can perhaps help me out where I am at. Does anybody no of any websites or blogs? thanks
Twid001: Whats going on with you? I mean did you gain the weight back? Or did you lose too much, and your body is not absorbing calories or what, I'm not understanding except that your doctor has you on supplements of some kind.
