Hi All,
Last week and the week before that I had a 1.8 pound and a 2.4 pound loss respectively. I was getting sort of bummed. I know - stupid! - at least I am losing. Then came Saturday's weigh-in - a 5.5 pound loss. I was delirious. I practically floated off that scale :) I will be 3 months out on March 20 and I have lost 44 pounds post-op and 24 pre-op for a grand total of 68 pounds. Of course I still have 115 to go but I feel pretty good!
Weird thing to notice but this morning as I was brushing my teeth (I lean over the sink somewhat to do this) I noticed that when I put my feet together that my calves seemd to meet up comfortably instead of pushing my feet apart slightly.
I also think my face is starting to lose the triple chin look. I uploaded some current pics and some old ones for comparison but to me I look the same. I am hoping it is because I just see myself the old way no matter what?

You are very beautiful btw, and I love when your hair is pulled back. It's incredibly flattering on you.
I tend to want to hide my fat face behind my hair. Maybe you have felt that in the past, or maybe not. Either way, you should definitely show that face off now girl. Pull your hair back into a JLO ponytail. You could totally pull that off.
I am so proud of you. Really soak in how much progress you have made and like Lu said, enjoy the ride girl. You are an inspiration.

As for wattle - I have that too. Someone recommended Nivea forming cream and I now use it religiously!!
Eventually, you will catch glimpses of what others see.
