Miralax when needed. I had that problem really
bad last month and Miralax really helped me.
I have added prunes to my daily eating plan and I am trying to bump up my fluid intake to see how that works and then if needed I will add some kind of fiber like benefiber or citricul.
Don't forget to drink lotsa water, that helps too.
before my surgery i was a coffee drinker. i am now 2 1/2 post out..
i have to have a starbucks 1/2 or no caff skinny Latte every morning.
if i don't i get constipated, if i try a different type of coffee i get constipated,
they also have a non flavor protein power 10 grams of protein per scoop ( 50.cents per scoop )
so i get a ventti non or 1/2 caff skinny latte with 2 scoops of protein, which means 12 grams with the non fat milk 20 grams with the 2 scoops of protein, = 32 grams of protein, with one drink and i can take a sh....t . if i don't i can't
i hope this helps u
