Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. If you are considering gastric bypass or have had it, join the community where we share our experiences and find support.
I think I said I'd do 60 minutes, but we quit at 50. I was beat!
I confess Tuesday was a bust. All I did was take mom for errands and fed and opened the door for the dogs when needed. My body was having one of its bad days so I spent most the time in bed.
today is going to be a 2 mile walk my friend already called and said be ready after work. lol
Senecagrl .... cracked me up! :) :) And if its not 'official' exercise, at least its not sitting in a chair!
On Monday I went to gym with hubby and did a 30 min run/walk on treadmill. I had it on hill interval, so I'd run the flats, walk the hills.
Tuesday, I did almost 5000 steps at work alone. Then went to gym with my mom and did the 30 min circuit room. I started with a short 6 min on treadmill to warm up, then went to circuit room and did machines and cardio. The only machine I don't use is the sit up machine. I any stand that. I'd rather do crunches on my own or use a balance ball to do crunches.
Wednesday (I know, this is the Tuesday post), I did almost 6000 steps at work and skipped gym. (I got out a little later than usual and am a little sore in the legs.)
