My husband and I just got back from a 12 day trip. Lots of driving, business, visiting and being a tourist. I went prepared with nuts, cheeses, jerky, salami (which we never opened), peanut butter, crackers, powerade, water and yogurt. We ate on the road a lot! We went from middle Tennessee to Dallas TX, to El Paso TX and then on to Tombstone AZ. We got back last night, just ahead of the storms that have killed in Arkansas, PTL!!
We did get to go to a state park one day and walked around a lot in Tombstone.
I did not measure any of my food, but was careful what I ate and paid attention to feeling "full". I also could not weigh myself. When I weighed this morning, I was very happy to be down 3 pounds!
One thing I bought while away was a dress, off the rack, that I love! VERY comfortable, even walking all day in it. Never had to worry about a rash on my thighs from friction!
Really enjoyed my trip!!

I just got back from a trip and still can't believe that me and my carry-on all fit in the rest room stall - LOL
