Yes 30# can make a big different, my highest weight was 242 and I couldn't climb a flight of stairs without being winded. I was down to 230 at surgery, I am currently @ 212 and I was able to walk 2 miles 2 days ago, 15 days post op. But today I did something to my back and that is not happening for a few days!

Do you consume a lot of sugary foods if you do that could be the culperate because Sugar causes your body to spike and then drop fast causing us to be extreemly tired.
It makes a big differance losing the excess weight. Beleive me you will not be as winded or tired. Good Luck.
