So Thursday after getting back from my trip I had this feeling. It wasn't my usual weigh-in time but I thought, what the heck, go ahead and check. I was half a pound into Onederland. So today I weighed again (Sunday every two weeks is my usual, I am jumping ahead again) and I had my whole foot in instead of just a toe. I think I am here to stay! Slow losers, take heart, you will get here, if I can drag my sorry-butt noncompliant fighting-it-somedays-working-it-other-days self across this line, you can too! First time in 12 years, and in 7 more pounds I will be the lightest I have been in 4 decades. To quote my son, "WOOT!"
I hit onderland this morning. Just barely at 199.8 pounds. Still did a happy dance. My dogs were trying to figure out what was going on!
