have you talk with your Dr about this? I know there is a scope they can do to see if there is something in your pouch making you sick. might be worth the call.
not sure, maybe some post oppers will help w/this one!
not sure..
At the first sign of an unhappy pouch, I do everything possible to empty it ASAP. Im a year and a half out, and havent gotten sick in a year. I had one, brief episode in April of this year, when I drank water too soon after eating. Couldnt throw up.just suffered through the saliva and pain.
Focus when you eat. Eat slowly. Chew everything to a liquid. If in doubt, dont swallow it!!

If I tried to eat an apple or tomato without peeling the skin, that would have been a problem. For me, trying to eat pork, beef or chicken, would promise to be a mistake...in terms of upset and discomfort, no matter how small a bite, or how much chewing happened. That had nothing to do with carbs, but rather texture. I was well over a year post op, before I tried to eat my favorite...NUTS. Strangely, for me, NO problems there...and you know they have to be hard to digests.
So my best advice is keep track, and add a new food one at a time, no matter if it's meat, fruit, whatever...and see how you do .You may have to cut out one food at a time, if you aren't sure in any given meal/snack, what is causing the upset.
Yes, some do not have much throwing up .... I only had foamies, or troubles a few times, but stuck to basics and gave myself an "A" for following the plan as directed. I really think that helps. It's tempting to try other things, but back to basics might be in order.
