I can say that I'm at 20 weeks and pizza is not the best....I'd say wait till 3 months out and then try a lil of everything...what works for you might not be what works for others. Best of luck to you!!

It sounds amazing and no carby crust!
You're really able to eat all of those different foods at only 3 weeks out of surgery? That's incredible! You are so lucky to be doing so well.
Thanks for the recipe...I am definately gonna give it a try. It looks awesome!
Everyone's plan is different I was cleared for everything as tolerated (with a few nono's and a few self imposed nono's) at 8 weeks.
The egg bite pizzas would probably be the first type of "pizza" I would do... print up the recipe and give it to your nutritionist for thumbs up.

Crunch in the traditional sense is hard at only 21 days... perhaps a batch of these...

I am making a shopping list now for the egg bite pizza right now.
She OK'd the Black Bean soup (absolutely delicious, I highly recommend it!) and the Southwestern Bites (also delicious and awesome to have in the freezer!!) but said I need to wait a while on all the tortilla-based pizzas.
According to my plan--and most plans are different so you should ask your doc or nut-I won't eat tortillas, even whole wheat, for a long time. Something to look forward to : )
