So when I started the journey towards WLS I began dieting, and then just morphed towards better eating, with the occasion "omg I can never eat XXX again" pig-out! I started out in March at 403 lbs, and as of today(the day before surgery), I am at 357! I feel great, and can only imagine what I will feel like months after this surgery! I can't wait!!!

You are going to succeed at this, youre already seeing that feeling good about yourself is better than any food thats temporarily in your mouth! Awesomeness...so happy for you!!

Congrats on your pre-op weight loss!

You are going to be more excited after surgery and the weight just drops off with pretty much little effort.
