Okay the weightloss has stopped! That's fine I'm within 15 lbs. of goal. I WILL GET THERE!! Can anyone tell me what the "function" of our GBS is now for the rest of our lives, how is it helping us from here on out. I hope I don't sound uninformed, I did get all this info before hand, but you no how much there is to remember. I just need a refresher. I guess because I've lost the majority and I can eat much bigger portions then when I started I almost feel like nothing has changed. Does anyone understand what I'm saying? Now what?
