I love how much energy I have now and how I can shop pretty much anywhere I want to. I still get people who tell me often how great I look and that's sure good for the ole ego. I'm hopping to get a tummy tuck within the next year so I can get rid of the extra skin in my belly. Don't think I'll have arms or legs done, but who knows I might change my mind after the TT?
Not only so I feel comfortable in my own skin for the very first time in my ENTIRE life. I am healthier than I have ever been! I had Type 2 Diabetes, high tricglycerides, high blood pressure, Severe Obstructive Sleep Apnea, Arthritis, Vitamin D Deficient, Iron Deficient, PCOS and so many more complications from all the medications. I was on a CPAP and 27 pills a day plus my wekly shots of Humira for my autoimmune disorder Hidradenitis Suppurativa. Since the day of surgery I am only taking a daiy vitamin, my calcium, Vitamin D, Fish oils, and Humira to survive. I save over 200$ a month on medications. I visited the hospital at least 17 times last year to a measley 2 times this year. I look better on the outside but the important part is that I feel better n the inside. I have hit many stalls and felt bad that I was not moving as fast as I hoped but what I have come to realize is that it took me YEARS to get this way and months to lose this. How amazing is that? I am praying that I can lose another 20 to hit the doctors nutritional goal for me but if I never lost another pound I am completely satisfied because I am healthy!!!! I did struggle occasionally with constipation. All I needed was a like Milk of Magnesia and it cleared up pretty quickly. All in all my only regret was not choosing to seek help sooner. I would o through the surgery pain everyday if it meant I could get a grip on my health so I can be here to love on my son everyday. I just Praise God that I found my saving grace before it was too late!
