After thinking I had developed acid reflux and taking meds for it which did nothing to hel it, I fiinally checked out the antibiotic paperwork I rec'd at the pharmacy which said if you had chest pain and difficulty breathing to stop taking it. They had given me doxycycline hydrate. I called the surgeon's office and they told me to go to the ER to get checked for pulmonary embolism. After CT scan, EKG's, echocardiogram they ruled out blood clot but determined I have pericarditis. The treatment- NSAIDs. I am so screwed. They've pow wowed with bariatric surgeons, gastroenterologists and cardiologist. Trying to use mobi, proposed and another antacid to see if they can get the inflammation down. Today my blood pressure dropped dangerously low. Keep me In your prayers please.
