we are going to head up tonight after my sister picks up my son when she gets off work. Just because with the weather the way it is we don't want to drive it in the wee early hours of the morning. I am getting both scared and nervous and think I tried to back out of the surgery at least a dozen times last night. Then I would change my mind again and want to do it. Ultimately it comes down to I want to have the surgery to get healthier I am just getting nervous about the surgery and most of all leaving my little guy behind. But I know he is in good hands and will be well taken care of.

I was the exact same way. My surgery was on October 1st and I was freaking out even on the way into the surgery room. Don't worry - it will be okay, and your little one will be fine as well. I had to leave my two little guys.... I know how hard it is. Best of luck to you! You'll be strong and great!

I have been folowing you since day one. i am so happy for you. Trust your Doctor and his team. You will do great. your pain level will decrease as you loose the weight and you will be runing after that little one of yours. You want this and can do this. It is so worth it. I will be prayig for a speedy recovery. It will be an adjustment but you have prepared for six months. YOU GO GIRL.

I went to the town where I had surgery the night before too. Was the best thing. I kinda wish I had spent the night I was discharged 3 hrs in the car wasnt fun but the hospital anticipated and gave me good drugs lol don't be afraid to ask before you go if you need to.

You are going to do great! Remember your job will be sleep then walk walk walk sip sip sip.(when they let you) You are going to have an amazing life with running with your little one.
