I would get a variety of protiens. I made the mistake of buying all the protien shots I needed at once. I hated the flavor but was stuck with them.
After surgery take it easy and give yourself time to heal. Listen when they say no lifting! Walk all you can and sip that water.
You are about to embark on the journey of a lifetime. It isn't theeasy way out but avery good tool. It will just get better and better!
Find a few cream soups to have on hand.
Do all your housework and heavy lifting stuff this week, as after surgery nothing over 5-10 lbs for several weeks!

I recommend walking as much as you can between now and then to prepare - because afterwards, you'll need to walk to get rid of the gas they use during laparoscopic surgery.
Personally, I found hot, herbal tea (the good stuff) helped calm my cranky pouch those first few months.
I can't wait to watch you shrink!
