I took my therapy dog to the hospital and a nursing home. Lots of walking, just not fast.

To the (very crowded--ugh!) pool at 7:30 for a 50 minute water exercise. Great way to start my weekend day!

The weekends are my days off the treadmill, but I did chase the dogs around today! Boy, our new puppy has soooo much energy. Even our older dog is playing all day with her and keeping up!

Just got back from the pool. It had been a few weeks! I also stretched out while in the nice, hot tub! Hopefully I can get back into the schedule now.

Cleaned the Cabin all the nooks and crannies!! Did a lot of walking over the weekend

went to church and drove about all day besides that. Didn't get any exercise in.

I have hit a wall....my bad knee has given out, and I cannot even walk....have appt. with my orthopedist....other than knee replacement they have run out of ideas....I do not know what I will do. I cannot stand not being able to exercise.

Nikigirl, what about going to your local pool, if you can get there? Some light water movement might give you a chance for some movement in a bad-knee-friendly environment.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
