I prefer Torani brand personally... both brands are basically Splenda, water, and flavoring but the flavors of Torani seem to be more true to the real deal. At least to me. That being said I do love some Davinci flavors.
Here's some info on the syrups:

My must haves SF Vanilla and Caramel... use them A LOT. In everything.
Then its really a flavor preference...
I love SF Coconut, Almond, Black Cherry, Raspberry, Strawberry in Protein Ice Cream, Shakes, Fage Greek Yogurt.
I love SF Peppermint in Cocoa, Protein Fudge, Ice Cream
Amazon has a great deal on 3 packs of SF Vanilla, Caramel, Chocolate, Raspberry, Irish Cream, Hazelnut http://tinyurl.com/yg2ur8p
Favorite Davinci's are SF Blueberry, Kahlua, Marshmallow
Starbucks also sells there flavors and I always get a bottle of SF Cinnamon Dolce (ask at the counter its not on a shelf) I love to sweetened Ricotta with it it's like a cannoli.
I sometimes find random bottles at Home Goods, TJ Maxx, Marshalls. If you have a BevMo they sell them. Cost Plus World Market too.
Hope this helps. They are a lot of fun and add a little interest to creations.

P.S. For those that are worried about artificial sweeteners... here's my standard answer... we all have to die of something ;)
I am an ebay addict so I am getting mine there.
I can choose either the Torani or the Da Vinci so I guess I will go with the Torani :)I have never shopped on Amazon but I certainly would have no problem with it.
I saw this stuff at a coffee shop at ST Josephs Health Center in TO but sadly they had no SF for sale.
I think Michelle is right when she says you might luck into it at places like Winners or HomeSence.
I am pretty sure we have these stores all over Canada.
Oh well there always Ebay!
