LOL I credit them with my weight loss! I use them to make plain greek yougurt taste wonderful, I use them to change flavor of protein shake, I use them in cottage cheese and in plain old milk. In the winter I put carmel syrup in diet apple cider mix (35 cals.) and any flavor in diet hot cocoa mix (25 cals).
The cheapest place to buy them is a resturant supply house or a 'cash and carry'.

i have some i have Raspberry and Vanilla i have added the Raspberry to my decaf tea to help give it flavor wonderful. Like Mrspoppins stated egg face great place for recipes.

I got one at the dollar store and SAMS Club carries a bunch of the SF ones as well.

I use them also.
Today I put carmel flavor in my chocolate protein shake Yummm!
I have Irish cream and I've used that in my coffee.
There are recipes on eggface that I'm going to try. And that's why I bought them.

torani sf syrup is sold in Walmat by the coffee. I couldn't tollerate that though but it was really good taste wise. I use a small amout of the great value sf chocolate syrup in shakes and they alsohave the maple syrup in sf . I noticed the great value brand uses splenda in its sf products which seems to agree with me.

I use an flavored protein powder so I US the syrups to flavor them. Gives me a variety. I get mine at torani.com because they have more flavors that the stores don't carry.
