Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. If you are considering gastric bypass or have had it, join the community where we share our experiences and find support.

I know what you mean about pre-made protein drinks. I have one in front of me with 47g of protein in 17oz of liquid. That will take me over an hour to drink.
I'm finding that eggs and tofu are becoming my protein friends.
Good Luck! :)

I have to order the SEI online (using Shelley's discount code) cause my local GNC doesn't carry it. The Click I get on Amazon's monthly auto ship to get free shipping and the best price. Mix em' 1/2 and 1/2 in a shaker cup with milk and ice cubes. Alone the Click's caffeine can shoot me into orbit! No nasty-gag aftertaste with this combo (for me anyway). Keep after it - you will figure it out. You will settle into your groove and the "overwhelmed" feelings will subside over time.
