Yup... this happens to the best of us :)

There are option, none are perfect.

After my knee replacement (scar about a foot long or so) the PT lady told me to use vitamin E oil (not lotion, but oil). It has helped a lot.

Or, you just suck it up and consider them battle scars that you have earned! :)

Stretch marks are damaged skin and nothing will actually get rid of them. I use Bio Oil when I get out of the shower and it helps minimize them (and keeps my skin feeling wonderful).

I do a good bit of rough exfoliating. In my mind, I feel like that might help a little, and Nivea skin firming ( not moisturizing), but basically Im wrinkly!!
