I just wish I could shake it or even feel a little better. Today has been a down day and I am pushing to get in the fluids haven't even gotten close to the 80 grams of protein today maybe half that. Hopefully before I go to bed I will have in at least 64 oz of fluid in me. Add to this the weather here is acting up and giving my arthritis grief. Just can't wait to get back on the mend and get going again on the weight loss.

Thank you. trying to do well. I haven't slept at all since 10 am yesterday morning. Plans are to get my son off to school this afternoon (he's in kindergarten) and then take a much needed nap. Then I have to pick him up from school and deliver the cookie dough that he sold for the school fundraiser. Then another exciting night at home where hopefully I will get to go to bed early and actually sleep.

This year I have had about 3 bouts with upper respiratory infections. What works for me is mucinex and saline sinus rinses. If I have a sore throat I gargle with warm salt water. I do this 2-3 times a day and usually start feeling better in about 3 days. Just a suggestion. I hope you feel better really soon!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
