Finally got the wieght down where I am not afraid to work out. I jioned a fitness center this week and been going every day after work for an hour or 2. Got up to 2.5 miles in 60 min on the tread mill and using some machines I know how to use. Another older guy showed me how to use the crunch machine. It makes your belly sore!
I work out at the gym at the college and some days it is hard to walk around there with all those 19-20 year olds with their flat tummys, long legs, etc etc...
But I just suck it up and keep going, and remind myself to NEVER compare myself to someone young enough to be my kid :) :) At least not physically... I'll take them on intellectually any day! LOL!
