Gastric Bypass Surgery Support Group
Gastric bypass (GBP) is any of a group of similar operative procedures used to treat morbid obesity, a condition which arises from severe accumulation of excess weight in the form of fatty tissue, and the health problems ("co-morbidities") which result. If you are considering gastric bypass or have had it, join the community where we share our experiences and find support.
I don't think I had Stages in the same way you described.. but cottage cheese and ricotta cheese are both good. I'd skip the jello, not enough nutritional value and add greek yogurt
this is exactly what I'm saying ppl, there isn't enough protien to feed a rat or a cat. WTF? Yes it's approved by your moronic team nut but where is the protien. It is just no wonder all you read on this board is
big potty problem- why! No fiber
plateaus- why? Your body is starving
weight gains- why? Your body doesn't know if it should burn fat or just wait for the easy source of energy from worthless carbs!
Ppl get a clue these diets are made by aliens with normal stomachs. Taking the dietary advise from a guy without a pouch is like taking advise from a creature from outer space.
LOL
Read it and weep'
just saying Lucifer
I also bought vegetable broth & plain oatmeal for breakfast during the puree phase.
