I was just in the cafeteria at work and selected a pre-made arugula salad with strawberries and goat cheese due to time restraints knowing full well I couldn't eat the entire container, and one of my co-workers who knows I have had RNY had the nerve to say to me..."You're not going to eat all that are you?, you are going to get fat again"... OMG I was floored. Will people watch what I eat forever?

Wow... we can get skinny, but you can't fix stupid. Sorry you have to work with someone that clueless to basic manners and compassion.

Her mama obviously never taught that woman any manners. Shame on her. Just cut her out of your life as much as you can. Her craziness doesn't need to become yours. :)

WTF! That's someone I would need to say "mind your own business".
And for this person to add the "you're going to get fat again" comment is not a supportive person and I would avoid someone as negative as that.

As part of my journey I have had to break ties with some people in my life that are a negative energy. It's made my life happier to make new supportive positive people in my life.
