So Close, yet so far.....

I posted last week that I was so close to Onerland, weighed in at 201.6 or so. Well the scale has not budged since then. So frustrating!! I know I am working out a lot so I am converting fat to muscle so that may account for the stall but I so want to be under 200! I know I will get there soon, but I am getting impatient, LOL!!!

How bout putting the scale up for awhile.... and put the numbers part out of your mind for a few weeks. This will take the pressure off, and allow you to focus on the things you have control over, like exercise, protein, vitamins, water (you know the drill!) :)

Just an idea! I had my hubby put the scale up while I was in the hospital and am only going to weigh once a month for awhile... this has helped me so much in being able to focus on all the other stuff!

However... I am 100% sure you will make it to onederland real soon!

I know it's frustrating, but it will happen! I am about 3 weeks away from having my surgery and just trying to get under 300lbs.

It will fluctuate. Don't get discouraged! Stick to the plan and it will happen.

I agree with Becca. It is like getting pregnant, the more you want it, the harded it is. Quit pressuring yourself, hide the scale and live your life. Those 2 lbs are a mental thing for you and really don't mean a thing physically in all reality. Relax, breathe and live. Everything else will follow when you release what you are holding. :)
