I go do my sleep study tonight and am really nervous about it. I'm really hoping that they don't show anything. I also hope that my body cooperates with me and doesn't cause me pain all night so that I don't sleep at all because I'm going to be sleepless enough with my nerves.
On the plus side my first month of the six months is over now I only have five more to go. I also lost five whole pounds in the last month. The surgeon has also sent in an order for physical therapy so that my back and hip can get better.

Mine wasn't too bad. There were three of us that night and I asked to go last. By the time I was all "hooked up" it was almost 11:00 and I was getting sleepy. One of the electrodes popped off my leg early on and she didn't even come in to fix it. The most annoying thing was a little nose thing they put in, but all in all I rested fairly well. Good luck!

I really hope they don't find anything either. I was scheduled for surgery in December and it was pushed back to the end of March because they found I have sleep apnea. Good luck. I was allowed to take an ambien which helped out a lot.

Good luck tonight. I had mine on Tuesday. Did you ask to get an adjustible bed? It might help but you have to ask for it in advance but I'd ask anyway. It will be a help.

I have to do one soon. But they said that I can do it at home because of other health problems I cant lay in a bed so I sleep in a recliner an theres a way they said that people will come an set it up an show my mom what to do an I can do it at home. I am kinda nervous because of other health problems I have a heard time sleeping all night.

well sleep study is over and it was the worse nights sleep ever. Kept worrying about all those wires. But I guess at the center I went to they tend to do the studies in two parts, the first to see if you have the apnea and then to see what level you need your cpap set at. There was me and one other person there that night. When we left in the morning the nurse told me that she more than likely wouldn't see me again so good luck with my surgery and told the other person she would see them in seven to ten days for the next part of his study. So I am keeping my fingers crossed that everything is all well in that area.

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
