Dear friends at DS:
I am pleased to SHOUT OUT that I made it to a size 16 in pants. What a rush walking in to a store and picking something of the rack and having it fit. I am now wearing am XL in womens. This is such a far cry from 5x and 34's.
I have a doctor's appt today for female checkup. I am leary of scale though because of all teh goodies in the house and my brain loves food. So hopefully I have stayed the same.

my tops are large i even bought a weatherproof suead jacket at burlington a few days ago and its a large and i can even weir a sweater under it lol
i am loving this and i am proud of you it is such a wonderfull feeling
It is funny, I have so many weight loss twins. I am sdo proud of all my friends that have made a great decision for a new life. Even when the road is hard and frustrating it beats the best day of being overweight.
Update. I did gain a few pounds but not astornomoical. It is the same up 5 down 5 I have been doing for several months. Just
means I need to re-evaluate my food and exercise.
